Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of order, destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor its progress.

Weather Considerations: In extreme weather conditions, delivery times may be affected due to carrier limitations.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will promptly replace the item at no additional cost.

Liability: While we take great care in packaging, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping by the carrier.
